- Yes, you can view ANY 87 and I think 89a GIF on the 64 with the
- appropriate viewer. Most viewers are smart enough to be able to
- choose the closest possible colour for 256 colour pictures; some
- dither; but it should come through fine. You should use 256 colour
- pictures preferentially in fact over 16 colour; the quality is
- usually higher although you won't see any colour improvement.
